SaleNLock lets you manage the amount transferred to your OK Dollar Advance Merchant account. We can add Cashier, Cash Collector, Salesman for a single Dummy Merchant which is linked with OK Dollar Advance Merchant for managing Request Money and Received Money for OK Dollar account.

You can make a fast and easy payment to shopkeepers or merchants using Make Payment option. Enter a registered SaleNLock number, Enter amount to be paid, remarks click on Submit and make a easy payment. You can use Scan QR Code to simply scan the shop or merchant QR Code and make a payment.

This policy explains how we can collect, use, hold and disclose your personal information, as well as ensuring the quality, integrity and security of your personal information under applicable Laws.

How do we hold and protect your personal information?

Much of the information we hold about you will be stored electronically. We store some of your information in secure data center that we located in Yangon, Myanmar. We also store information in other data centers or data centers of our contracted service providers (including cloud storage providers), and some of these data centers may be located outside Myanmar. Some information we hold about you will be stored in paper files.

We use a range of physical, electronic and other security measures to protect the security, confidentiality and integrity of the personal information we hold both in Myanmar and overseas. For examples:

  • access to our information systems is controlled through identity and access management controls;
  • employees and our contracted service providers are bound by internal information security requirements and are required to keep information secure;
  • all employees are required to complete training about privacy and information security; and
  • we regularly monitor and review our compliance with industry best practices.

How to delete account?

To delete SaleNLock account, you should contact customer care through Email Id : customercare@okdollar.com.

Direct deletion of the account by the customer can't be allowed as per the instructions from the Central Bank of Myanmar, which is the governing body for non-banking finance entities.
